It takes time to reflect and identify the qualities needed to become a wise and fruitful Monk.  

Similarly as leaders we need to invest the time and energy needed to develop our own leadership philosophy 

so we can truly emerge as a wise and fruitful Leader.  

However, in the world of modern business finding that time is a challenge. 

But if we don't ensure we invest the time and energy in developing our leaders' where will our next generation of leaders come from?
